Listings for hunts, lodging, and gear are provided by independent, third-party Vendors. While we may vet vendors, Golden Triangle Outfitters makes no warranties or representations about the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided. Your interactions with any Vendor are solely between you and that Vendor.

4. Limitation of Liability

Golden Triangle Outfitters is not liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from hunts or services booked through our platform. The performance, safety, and outcome of any hunt are the sole responsibility of the Vendor providing the service.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All refund and cancellation policies are set by the individual outfitter. Golden Triangle Outfitters does not process refunds unless explicitly stated as part of a specific platform promotion. Any disputes regarding payments or services must be resolved directly with the Vendor.

6. User Conduct and Content

All users, including vendors, agree to provide accurate information. All listings and communications must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal hunting regulations and laws. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms or any laws.

7. Governing Law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Golden Triangle Outfitters and you.
